Revitalizing traditional markets in order to be able to compete with modern market and enhance citizen economic.​



 

FIELD OF CULTURE
Building a community-based culture of the town (urban) people.Providing public spaces as social facilities where people can express their creativity and culture.Developing cultural centers in Jakarta five administrative  regions. Revitalizing the Old Batavia facilities to be complete in order to become a tourist attraction and cultural history in Jakarta.​





REFORM THE BUREAUCRACY
Implement bureaucratic reforms that the government runs clean, transparent, and professional.


Publish through the website: (a) program that is being done following the budget used, (b) the progress of projects undertaken in each region, and (c) service system in the offices of administrative services to the community.


Streamline the implementation of Law. 25 of 2009 on Public Services and Offices make the city government as a pilot agency in the implementation of the Act.


Improving the work ethic quality of employees by improving the recruitment, promotion, transfer and deactivation and termination  systems.


Having an appointment with Regional Mayors, the Board of Directors and Officers enterprises Aselon II through the fit and proper test.


Counteracting clubs and equipment that allow the Civil Service Police violence against citizens.



Governor and Deputy Governor will only be in their office for 1 hour, and the rest of the time is used to explore some area of  improvement.

THE CITY ORGANIZATION

Integrating the City Spatial Transportation Arrangement. Slowing the rate of change of land usage for building construction by pushing and forcing the growth of residential buildings into vertical housing types, especially in areas nearby mass transit lines so that the the cost of public transport expenses become more efficient. Adding open spaces with a land consolidation program and   encouraging   people to move to vertical housing. Constructing super blocks one stop living that consists of vertical  housing (flats), public spaces such as parks,   markets, and health centers for the middle class down.

Building a Modest type of apartment in the state land in    cooperation with the central government.Making regulations governing the incentives and disincentives to streamline the functions of a residential dwelling or function of the shop building (home stores).

Rejuvenating slums, encouraging and facilitating people to build  vertical housing that gives economic benefits to    residents who own the land in the residence.

Assessing the merits of a particular function to provide the good  quality of affordable housing.

• FLOOD FIGHT
Increasing the capacity of mass space-saving transportations which environmentally friendly and convenient for users of private vehicles (cars and motorcycles) so that they will have the option to switch to an efficient and even safer mode.
Changing the small means of transportation which are not appropriate to be used for the city transportation (public transportation) with medium buses and they gradually will be changed with large buses.
Working closely with governments around Jakarta to make the transportation services authority Jabodetabek in which mobility issues could be handled by the people who have the authority across the region. Doing 'pick up the ball' that is pioneering the path BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) from / to the satellite ² town in Greater Jakarta to Jakarta applies the principle of Win-Win solution, so that the productivity of the workers in Jakarta can be better.
Adding busway fleets and improving the existing service system into Bus  Rapid Transit system and replacing lines that have been solid into a greater capacity-based REL.  He also Prioritizs people mobilization, not the car mobilization.
Changing public vehicles like minibus, and buses with far more viable vehicle for residents to feel comfortable to use public transport. Improving the security of public transport users especially for women.

Continuing pioneering the development of MRT / Subway as mass transportation in the city.
Completing the provision of mass transportation by limiting the use of private vehicles through a variety of methods.

Assessing the management of public transportation with the incorporation of housing and highway managers to optimize the function of coordination and funding.
